1. The service

LikePrompts is an online store where you can purchase AI prompts for image and text generation with a one-time payment. All prompts are curated and published by LikePrompts. By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Buying prompts

Purchases are one-time payments with instant delivery to your library. After payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the prompt for personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the full prompt text without LikePrompts' written permission.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. Because prompts are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are final. If a delivered prompt is defective (e.g. the text is unreadable), contact us within 14 days and we will review the case.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that facilitates harm. We may remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the service or of any prompt purchased through it. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
